Considering the fact, that this hotel is in Paris, I'd expect FRESH croassants for breakfast, not leftovers from restaurants nearby. And you really have to change your matresses&pillows - they are all old and unusefull. Impossible to sleep normally. | Mixed Group

It's clean, very friendly, safe and in near-perfect location (near large train/metro station Gare du Nord). Breakfast isn't the best I had in a hostel, but it's ok.
It's not very cheap, but it's worth it - I also stayed in another hostel in Paris and regretted it deeply.
It's also not very 'fun', but if you need a solid, quiet and nice place to sleep, it does the job great. Recommended. | Male

Tiny rooms as most Paris hotels, but fairly clean, change of linen and towels every day and the breakfast was modest, but decent. The staff was quite helpful, although their command of English is not great. The hotel is very well located, 3 min walking from the Metro Gare du Nord, 20 min walking to Opera/Galeries Lafayette. I would definitely recommend it for a weekend stay. | Mixed Group
